Physical Description: He is a rather tall and lanky fellow with emaciation written all over his body, this coupled with his bloodshot blue eyes, pale skin color and brittle brown hair has given him a rather sickly look. He has a built in respirator with two hoses that plug into his back and are directly connected with his lungs. He wears a heavy hooded black raincoat with black cameo pants and military boots. Since he wears a respirator over his face, he has the HYPE insignia branded onto his mask.

Personality: Tetrodyne is twitchy, irritable and a bit batty nuggets so to speak. He loves watching people suffer and die as it has a bit of an addicting effect on him and will usually go out of his way to murder civilians just to get that feeling back. His thrist of blood is so great that he often pumps himself full of sedatives, morphine and various drugs to keep himself calm, though this renders himself extremely unstable as well as an insomniac. He usually keeps to himself since he's not a social person and when other members walk by his room, they can often hear him singing "Ring around the Rosie" to himself in a rather creepy tone. He's rather amoral and has no empathy or feelings of sympathy towards even his closest allies, only saving them if they serve some use to him. The only reason he's in HYPE is that they tend to let him do whatever he wants, though he often prefers to go and oversee drug smuggling operations since he'll often try to sneak a little for himself. He has a rather big habit of causing extreme collateral damage and murders that even other insane murderers would consider to be a bit excessive, he truly is a man of chaos for he knows nothing better.

Powers, Weapons and Skills:
-Is a profiecient expert in chemical and biological warfare, often using several gases, toxins and viruses, that he specifically modified to be potent in battles.
-Has an unusually high knowledge of medical treatment and an indepth memory of human anatomy and physiology.
-Extremely high tolerence to pain that would otherwise kill most people.
-Wiry strength
-Has power over lightning, that he often uses in bursts or EMP's, but the most notable of these is it's medical factors since he can keep his body functioning with electricity, even through decapitation or can use it to fake his own death by lack of pulse.
-Limited regenerative abilities, though he can only survive without medical treatment from severe wounds for a short amount of time.
-Has power over fire such as fireballs or cauterizing his wounds, but he often pairs this with a very pure brand of methane gas he uses, often making rather explosive results.
-Uses a grenade launcher to launch his gases from a distance while his pistol fires rounds that contain his lethal viruses and venom, the most notable of these being hemotoxin to make his victims suffer.
-Due to his constant exposure to the chemicals and drugs he uses, his body is practically immune to every poison and toxin known to man, except for acid

Background: Little is known about him, though considering his abilties, many speculated that he used to be a military doctor that went insane, whatever the case is, nobody really knows anything about him and they prefer to keep it that way. Those who often go snooping into his past have the noticable habit of dissapearing without a trace.
